Under Colombian tax rules, the electronic invoice may be issued to the buyer of the service (in their own name) or to the final consumer (with no buyer details). An invoice issued to a final consumer, where the customer does not supply their tax ID and full name or company name, canNOT be used to support costs, expenses, deductions or deductible taxes.
